Received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University in 1992 joined Multinational companies like Saudi Dyar ,Zuhair Fayez and Dar Al-handasah Cairo and Riyadh and One of the largest contractor in Saudi Arabia, contributing to many prestigious projects shaping our lives today, involved in HVAC and plumbing engineering aspects for Hotels, offices buildings , administrations buildings, colleges ,Hospitals ,Universities ,…….etc
Mohy has extensive experience in the design and preparation of tender documents for all mechanical installations related to mixed-use complexes, resorts, educational and healthcare facilities, industrial district cooling plants, airports and others.
Proficient in the preparation of full design documents, ensuring all project activities are in compliance with contract requirements and quality procedures, and coordination of tasks with other engineering disciplines.
Experience in the preparation of tender documents, Contractor's prequalification, responding to tender queries, tender evaluation and contract negotiations for the mechanical installations and systems in several projects.
Mohy is leading the production office in Cairo with highly qualified mep engineers , specialists and draftsmen

Ossama has solid history of working in the HVAC,plumbing and fire fighting industries in Mechanical design and supervision for nearly twelve (12) years of experience in leading and pioneer companies in middle east Egypt ,Qatar , Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
Proficient in design and construction supervision of  mechanical Systems; Experience in various design codes such as British Standards, ASHRAE, and other International design codes; Review shop drawings and as-built plans to assure compliance with codes, standards, Regulations and design manuals; Monitoring the project progress against target schedule;
Coordinates with other trades and attend construction meetings with suppliers, contractors and clients.
