• Preparation of tender and full design documents for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and fire fighting system, ensuring all project activities are in compliance with contract requirements and quality procedures, and coordination of tasks with other engineering disciplines.
• Preparation of tender documents for all mechanical installations related to mixed-use complexes, resorts, educational and healthcare facilities, industrial district cooling plants, airports and others.
• preparation of tender documents, Contractor's prequalification, responding to tender queries, tender evaluation and contract negotiations for the MEP installations.
• Feasibility studies and Cost Estimates
• Preparing construction documents , shop drawings , execution drawings and material submittals to assure compliance with the design, specs, codes, Standards and local regulations.
• Systems Design and Construction Analysis , review shop drawings and material submittals.
•  Provide technical back-up to contractors ,managing engineering aspects, study the problems and create solutions.
